# CFX::ADD_BLIP_FOR_COORD

- **Hash:** `0xC6F43D0E`
- **Namespace:** CFX
- **Runtime name (Lua/JS):** `AddBlipForCoord`
- **Side:** server (Cfx runtime native)
- **Name status:** official
- **Documentation:** described
- **URL:** https://natives.borderlinerp.com/natives/CFX/ADD_BLIP_FOR_COORD

## Signature

```c
Blip ADD_BLIP_FOR_COORD(float x, float y, float z);
```

## Parameters

- `x` (`float`) — The X coordinate to create the blip on.
- `y` (`float`) — The Y coordinate.
- `z` (`float`) — The Z coordinate.

## Returns

`Blip` — A blip handle.

## Description

*Source: Cfx.re native reference*

Creates a blip for the specified coordinates. You can use `SET_BLIP_` natives to change the blip.

**This is the server-side RPC native equivalent of the client native [ADD_BLIP_FOR_COORD](?\_0x5A039BB0BCA604B6).**

## Usage

### Lua

```lua
local retval = AddBlipForCoord(x, y, z)
-- always available, by hash
local retval = Citizen.InvokeNative(0xc6f43d0e, x, y, z, Citizen.ResultAsInteger())
```

### JavaScript

```js
const retval = AddBlipForCoord(x, y, z);
// by hash
const retval = Citizen.invokeNative('0xc6f43d0e', x + 0.0000001, y + 0.0000001, z + 0.0000001, Citizen.returnResultAnyway(), Citizen.resultAsInteger());
```

### C#

```csharp
int retval = Function.Call<int>((Hash)0xc6f43d0e, x, y, z);
```

- Float parameters: Lua integers (`10`, or whole numbers decoded from NUI/JSON) are sent as ints and read as garbage. Write `10.0` or `value + 0.0`. The generated JS wrappers add `0.0000001` to non-zero floats for the same reason.
