# CFX::ADD_BLIP_FOR_RADIUS

- **Hash:** `0x4626756C`
- **Namespace:** CFX
- **Runtime name (Lua/JS):** `AddBlipForRadius`
- **Side:** server (Cfx runtime native)
- **Name status:** official
- **Documentation:** described
- **URL:** https://natives.borderlinerp.com/natives/CFX/ADD_BLIP_FOR_RADIUS

## Signature

```c
Blip ADD_BLIP_FOR_RADIUS(float posX, float posY, float posZ, float radius);
```

## Parameters

- `posX` (`float`) — The x position of the blip (you can also send a vector3 instead of the bulk coordinates)
- `posY` (`float`) — The y position of the blip (you can also send a vector3 instead of the bulk coordinates)
- `posZ` (`float`) — The z position of the blip (you can also send a vector3 instead of the bulk coordinates)
- `radius` (`float`) — The number that defines the radius of the blip circle

## Returns

`Blip` — The blip handle that can be manipulated with every `SetBlip` natives

## Description

*Source: Cfx.re native reference*

Create a blip with a radius for the specified coordinates (it doesnt create the blip sprite, so you need to use [AddBlipCoords](#\_0xC6F43D0E))

**This is the server-side RPC native equivalent of the client native [ADD_BLIP_FOR_RADIUS](?\_0x46818D79B1F7499A).**

## Usage

### Lua

```lua
local retval = AddBlipForRadius(posX, posY, posZ, radius)
-- always available, by hash
local retval = Citizen.InvokeNative(0x4626756c, posX, posY, posZ, radius, Citizen.ResultAsInteger())
```

### JavaScript

```js
const retval = AddBlipForRadius(posX, posY, posZ, radius);
// by hash
const retval = Citizen.invokeNative('0x4626756c', posX + 0.0000001, posY + 0.0000001, posZ + 0.0000001, radius + 0.0000001, Citizen.returnResultAnyway(), Citizen.resultAsInteger());
```

### C#

```csharp
int retval = Function.Call<int>((Hash)0x4626756c, posX, posY, posZ, radius);
```

- Float parameters: Lua integers (`10`, or whole numbers decoded from NUI/JSON) are sent as ints and read as garbage. Write `10.0` or `value + 0.0`. The generated JS wrappers add `0.0000001` to non-zero floats for the same reason.
