duration: The duration to sound the horn, in milliseconds.

Note: If a player is in the vehicle, it will only sound briefly.

## Usage

### Lua

```lua
StartVehicleHorn(vehicle, duration, mode, forever)
-- always available, by hash
Citizen.InvokeNative(0xB4E3BFC39CA16057, vehicle, duration, mode, forever)
```

### JavaScript

```js
StartVehicleHorn(vehicle, duration, mode, forever);
// by hash
Citizen.invokeNative('0xB4E3BFC39CA16057', vehicle, duration, mode, forever);
```

### C#

```csharp
Function.Call((Hash)0xB4E3BFC39CA16057, vehicle, duration, mode, forever);
```

- Hash parameters: the named function also accepts a string and hashes it for you; `Citizen.InvokeNative` needs the number — pass `joaat("name")` or a backtick literal like `` `name` ``.
