Description

alloc8or RDR3 NativeDB

Modifies the size/scale of the collision capsule or hitbox for a specific ped bone.
Default scale values are typically 1.0, 1.0, 1.0. Values below 1.0 shrink the collision boundary, while values above 1.0 enlarge it.

seems to modify the size/scale of the collision capsule (hitbox) for a specific ped bone

Usage

Lua
SetPedRagdollBoneScale(ped, boneId, scaleX, scaleY, scaleZ)

-- always works, by hash
Citizen.InvokeNative(0xC17A94CC8FC3C61A, ped, boneId, scaleX, scaleY, scaleZ)
JavaScript and C#
JavaScript
SetPedRagdollBoneScale(ped, boneId, scaleX, scaleY, scaleZ);

// by hash
Citizen.invokeNative('0xC17A94CC8FC3C61A', ped, boneId, scaleX + 0.0000001, scaleY + 0.0000001, scaleZ + 0.0000001);
C#
Function.Call((Hash)0xC17A94CC8FC3C61A, ped, boneId, scaleX, scaleY, scaleZ);
  • Float parameters: Lua integers (10, or whole numbers decoded from NUI/JSON) are sent as ints and read as garbage. Write 10.0 or value + 0.0. The generated JS wrappers add 0.0000001 to non-zero floats for the same reason.
  • The name is a community guess and may change. If the named call is missing in your client build, use InvokeNative with the hash — it always works.
