Returns BOOL
Description
True if the ped can access their *owned* mount/horse inventory for saddle weapon stow/retrieve (used to gate longarm-slot selection in the weapon wheel).
Notes: does not require holding a weapon; returns false if too far, wrong/non-owned mount, or the saddle interaction state is not allowed.
Returns true if the given ped is in a valid state to stow or retrieve weapons from their *owned* mount.
This typically means the ped is either on their horse or close enough to it for saddle weapon interactions.
Notes:
- The ped does **not** need to currently hold a weapon. This check simply determines if saddle stowing/retrieval actions are allowed.
- Commonly used to enable weapon wheel or stow prompts near the player’s own horse.
- Will return false if the ped is near a non-owned horse or too far from their own.
Usage
local retval = CanPedAccessMountWeapons(ped)
-- always works, by hash
local retval = Citizen.InvokeNative(0x23BF601A42F329A0, ped, Citizen.ReturnResultAnyway())JavaScript and C#
const retval = CanPedAccessMountWeapons(ped);
// by hash
const retval = Citizen.invokeNative('0x23BF601A42F329A0', ped, Citizen.returnResultAnyway());bool retval = Function.Call<bool>((Hash)0x23BF601A42F329A0, ped);- The name is a community guess and may change. If the named call is missing in your client build, use
InvokeNativewith the hash — it always works.
